Alex Campos

Chief Executive Officer

With the qualification of being a dynamic leader who is capable of establishing and implementing profit-minded corporate strategies, Alex Campos is currently the CEO of Vensure, where he manages the day to day operation of the company as well as the President and CEO of various affiliate companies in the technology, consulting, finance and insurance industries, including EmployeeMoney.


Mr. Campos also has expansive experience working with computer software and technologies and is well verses in multiple computer languages.
He is the President of PC General Agency, Inc., a company that develops software systems for the insurance industry. From 1997-2004.


Mr. Campos was the President of Team Systems, LLC, where he helped develop a retail agency system.

Prior to Vensure, Mr. Campos was the President and COO of Getautoinsurance. com, LLC, a market auto insurance company, from 2005-2011. There, he managed the day to day operation of the company.


Mr. Campos attended Miami Dade Community College, where he took courses for an Associates Degree in Computer Sciences. He is the Founder and President of the Miami Dade Chapter of Data Processing Management Association.


Mr. Campos also completed additional Computer Science Coursework through Florida International University. Mr. Campos is also an active member of The Foundation Fighting Blindness and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Nicole Souadda

Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer for EmployeeMoney, Ms. Nicole Souadda brings an impressive history of management and operations experience to the organization. She has spent more than 25-years working in the manufacturing, insurance, education, and security industries providing the leadership and vision necessary to ensure continued operational success. Most recently, Ms. Souadda spent the last decade in the financial services sector implementing revolutionary ideas and advanced operational controls for companies that were ready to join the ranks of the major industry players.


Ms. Souadda’s time in the consumer credit space led to her role at EmployeeMoney. Her expertise in workplace loans and ability to manage the platform build, along with government licensing procedures, compliance, and operations knowledge made her an invaluable addition to the EmployeeMoney team.


With Ms. Souadda’s breadth of experience and industry drive, EmployeeMoney is on track to create a paradigm shift in how employers view their employees—understanding an employee who is financially secure results in a more engaged and productive team member.

Her previous experience with The Mint Corporation (2008 – 2014) where she served as the Head of Investor Relations and Compliance adds to Ms. Souadda’s philosophy in terms of the goals and direction of EmployeeMoney. Additionally, Ms. Souadda brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience as a Board Secretary in both private and public companies.


Ms. Souadda, who attended Elizabethtown College, spends most of her downtime with her two adult children, friends, and family. As a recent graduate of the Emerging Leaders Program through the Small Business Administration, she is deeply involved in her community. Ms. Souadda’s humanitarian and philanthropic duties include sitting on the Board of Trustees of Amana Foundation, a Pennsylvania-based non-profit organization supporting Islamic youth, where she was previously the Chairman of the Board.


She also actively supports the Executive Board of CAIR Philadelphia, an Islamic charitable organization, currently as a volunteer and previous as the Board Treasurer.

Kiara Baker

Licensing Specialist

Kiara Baker is the Licensing Specialist for EmployeeMoney. Here she manages the day-to-day licensing requirements of the company across the United States. Ms. Baker also assists with reviews and requests from regulators, audit coordination, and exam facilitation activities consistent with various state requirements.

Prior to EmployeeMoney, Ms. Baker spent ten-years in the banking/financial services industry. She has worked her way up from a bank teller to customer service manager. Ms. Baker is in process of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a focus in new media through Southern New Hampshire University.
